“When should I expect my ORDER to be shipped/arrive?”
Most merch orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of the order placement. This is subject to slight change if we are on tour or waiting for merch shipments to arrive from manufacturers (such is the case with with pre-orders, for example). Once it’s delivered, it will usually take about 3-5 additional business days to reach its destination. For orders outside of the United Sates, this will typically take much longer.
Although we have physical stock of MOST items on our store, there are some that are fulfilled through a third party print-on-demand company called Printful. Printful orders typically take a bit longer, sometimes upwards of two weeks. Those items will obviously be shipped separately from the items we have physical stock of.
“Where is my package?”
Our United States orders are shipped via USPS and are almost always accompanied with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email once we officially process it and generate a shipping label. You can use this to find out wherever your package may be at any given time. Keep in mind, once it has left our hands, we can no longer control what happens, but will be happy to help in any way we can!
“What is your refund policy?”
We always encourage people to contact us and replace their order with another item of similar value rather than canceling their order outright, but if a refund is what is desired, then we will issue it back to the payment method used for the order.
For orders that have already been shipped, please return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date along with an email to info@savingvice.com explaining the reasoning. You are responsible for paying for the shipping to return it. Any items returned after 30 days of the purchase date may not be refunded unless otherwise offered. If the item(s) are free of notable damages, stains, etc., we will replace the item for you or issue you a refund.
